The solution is to log out, and log back in. That should show the new purchases in the Download List (and provide the "Download to PS4" button). For example: I bought outlast . · Today I went to check my download list for something, and I noticed EVERY PS+ GAME FOR PS4 IS GONE. Not only that if I check the free PS4 games for this month it shows I have not "purchased" them, and if I try to put it in my cart I get the "You are Operating System: PS4.
If you hit options button again it should give you option to see items you have hidden. Then you can probably unhide it. I believe you can go into the PS Store, search for the game and click the download button where the purchase button typically is. This will download the game to your dashboard and it will show up in the purchased again. From there under your name there is a dropdown that has a link called "Download List". In there I was able to find most if not all of my purchased tracks and then remotely downloaded them to the PS4. I pushed the downloads while I'm at work so I'll have to confirm when I get home that this method works.
